A: Yes, for all custom work, we require a 50% deposit on all work up to $300, a 75% deposit for all work over $301. Deposits are non-refundable and the balance of the payment including the shipping fees is due before the completed product will be shipped Q: What work is considered custom? A: Any product designed per customer specifications, personalized, or has customer supplied artwork applied to the finished product is considered custom and in almost all cases cannot be resold due to the custom work applied. Q: I would like to have a holster made for my gun, can I ship it to you? A: No, at this time we do not have an FFL as required by state and federal laws to accept firearms for making holsters. I can however order gun molds to match your firearm and build the holster to your specifications. Q: What kind of warranty do you offer for your workmanship? A: For stock items, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee for all products returned in good resalable condition. We will repair or replace products that fail due to workmanship up to 90 days from date of purchase. NO returns of custom made products is offered due to the customized nature of the product, we will repair or replace products that fail due to workmanship on custom products up to 90 days from date of purchase.
